2 oz Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ¾ oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white, finished with a soft lemon twist.

Instructions

Add the Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake until the mixture becomes silky and lightly foamed. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and finish with a lemon twist, smooth, bright, and elegantly textured.
