Ingredients

2 oz Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, ¼ oz simple syrup, and 3 dashes aromatic bitters, finished with an expressed orange peel.

Instructions

Add the simple syrup and bitters to a chilled rocks glass and stir briefly. Add a large ice cube, pour in the Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, and stir until chilled and properly diluted. Express an orange peel over the glass, drop it in, and serve smooth, spirit-forward, and timeless.

The Original Old Fashioned was in fact, made with brandy.
