2 oz Copper & Kings Bottled in Bond Apple Brandy, ¼ oz simple syrup, and 2 dashes orange bitters, finished with an expressed orange peel.

Instructions

Add the simple syrup and orange bitters to a chilled rocks glass and stir briefly. Add a large ice cube, pour in the Bottled in Bond Apple Brandy, and stir until chilled and properly diluted. Express an orange peel over the glass, drop it in, and serve bright, structured, and quietly complex.
