2 oz Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, and ¾ oz orange liqueur, finished with a fine sugar rim.

Instructions

Run a lemon peel along the rim of a chilled glass and lightly coat with sugar. Fill a shaker with ice, add the Copper & Kings V.S.O.P. Brandy, lemon juice, and orange liqueur, then shake until sharply cold and perfectly balanced. Strain into the prepared glass and serve bright, elegant, and dry.
