2 oz Copper & Kings Straight Bourbon, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz grenadine, and a small splash of dry rosé or cranberry juice for a soft blush hue, finished with a touch of fresh rosemary and an expressed lemon twist.

Instructions

Gently clap a sprig of rosemary between your hands to release its aroma. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Copper & Kings Straight Bourbon, lemon juice, grenadine, and rosé. Shake until chilled and softly pink. Strain into a chilled coupe, skim the surface briefly with the rosemary sprig to perfume the drink, express a lemon twist over the top, and serve bright, aromatic, and poetic.
