Our brandy is distilled “low and slow” in traditional copper pot stills, a 2,000-year-old legacy method perfected in Louisville. This patience coaxes out bright fruit notes and delivers a velvet-smooth spirit.
Bourbon Barrel Alchemy
We rest our brandy in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 6+ years, where fruit, oak, and vanilla meld into layered depth and warmth. Then we flip the script—finishing our bourbon in brandy barrels, the C&K way. Throughout aging, music fills our barrel rooms, introducing gentle vibration that keeps the spirit in motion for the signature Copper & Kings finale.
