Private Distillery Tour

This is a great option to visit our world class facility at a time that works for you and your group. Experience a behind the scene look at Kentucky’s only American Brandy and Absinthe distillery. Explore our sustainable facility, learn our our alembic brandy stills, Feel the vibrations of our sonically aging barrels in the maturation room and don’t miss one of the best views of the Louisville Skyline from our skydeck.

This tour is offered on the half hour or a time outside of normal operating hours. Suggested on the half hour or 15 min. after the regularly operated tours. Includes: 1 hr. Distillery Tour and (3) ½oz. tastings per participant.

Private Signature Cocktail Distillery Tour

Experience our American Brandy and Absinthe distillery and a delicious brandy cocktail. This options gives you in in-depth tour of our sustainable facility and the opportunity to enjoy an American brandy cocktail prepared by one of master brandy bartenders.

This tour is offered on the half hour or a time outside of normal operating hours w/Signature Cocktail. Suggested on the half hour or 15 minutes after the regularly operated tours. Includes: 30 min. Distillery Tour and (2) ½oz. tasting plus (1) Signature Cocktail per participant.

Mixology Class Tour

Have you always wanted know how to make your own cocktails at home? This tour option provides you with that opportunity to do just that. Enjoy an informative and fun distillery tour followed by a mixology class taught by one of our master brandy bartenders. Learn how to shake and stir your way to enjoying your own delicious creations.

This tour is offered on the half hour or a time outside of normal operating hours w/Mixology Class. Suggested on the half hour or 15 minutes after the regularly operated tours. Includes: 30 min. Distillery Tour, 1 hr. Mixology Course and (2) Signature Cocktails.
